Postage and handling is added at checkout for those using shopping cart. To protect your privacy, we provide an optional in-house insurance service where items lost or damaged in transit are replaced without the wait or embarrassment of a 30-60 day shipper's investigation.
We are not responsible for packages once they enter the postal system, unless you choose our In-House Insurance for $2 (not available on international orders)

Delivery Time:
- Delivery times can vary for many reasons. The staff at Head 2 Toe usually gone on weekends and for vacations.
In stock items are sent out immediatly within 2-7 days.
New accounts and special orders could take 4 - 6 weeks.
Mixed Orders 2-6 weeks.
International Orders vary 4-6 weeks.

EXPRESS and OVERNIGHT MAIL is available for an additional amount upon request for instock products only. This is the fastest service, with next day delivery. You must be available to accept this delivery in person. Not available to P.O. Boxes or international destinations.

If the name you wish to see on the package when it arrives is important, let us know. Allias names are only needed when matching up reserved orders. Please make an appointment several weeks before visiting in person. We keep inventory here but most products are in storage not open to the public. If you let me know in advance what you would like to see or try on, I will attempt to have samples ready for you. Email or call in advance.

Chances are that you will get my voice mail, friends, the housekeeper, a visitor or sometimes a child. If you reach anyone besides Don, they will not handle any business, and will forward your call to me, take a message or tell you when to expect me to return.

Our Shopping Cart system offers bulk discounts on many products. A unit is the multiple purchase of a single product in the same size, style and color unless an assorted choice is available. Sale and closeout items are already marked down and are not available at any additional wholesale prices.
